Warranty

Resysta International GmbH guarantees for a period of 15 years for Resysta facade profiles which were installed technically correct according to installation instructions and guidelines:

Guarantee:

Should any of the above mentioned defects occur within 5 years from the date of installation, Resysta International GmbH will – after examination by an authorized expert – provide the owner with material and work performance for the repair of the defective areas. In the following 10 years of the guarantee, Resysta International GmbH will provide the material for the defective areas, but not the work performance. With replacement deliveries and reparation of the goods, ageing-related differences in colour may occur. The guarantee begins with the date of installation and will not be extended if a guaranteed event has occurred.

Terms an Conditions:

• Installation according to installation instruction, VOB and DIN 18334
• Any product not deemed to be adequate for any reason before installation, may not be used
• With this guarantee the guarantor is not liable for consequential defects and damages due to force majeure or extreme weather conditions
• Minimal damages have to be repaired on one’s own account
• Please comply with care instructions


Entitlement:

In order to assert a claim under guarantee, you are required to submit a duly completed Resysta Guarantee Certificate. Should a potential product defect be detected, it has to be claimed immediately with the retailer stated below but not later than 30 days after identification of the defect. The holder of the guarantee is obliged to grant the representative, authorized by Resysta International Gmbh, access to the premises and buildings where the product has been installed. This serves the purpose of examination, sample taking and documentation of the defective facade.
