Resysta World – Focussing on the Promising Material Resysta

In order to present the material Resysta, Resysta International GmbH organized Resysta World at Cologne’s Design Post beginning of September. The company took advantage of the location’s unique showroom concept and presented the versatile possibilities Resysta offers.

Lectures and workshops were part of the daily program which covered both theoretical and practical parts.

Right at the entrance, one could get an idea of the individual coloring – a big cube of Resysta was painted in a rainbow of colors. Visitors were then guided directly to the Resysta workshop were Stefan Schmidt, General Manger RTD and Surface Centre, showed how to process the material with standard woodworking machines. Furthermore, a model of the Resysta House showed in detail how to realize projects with Resysta. In another corner, the suitability of Resysta for wet areas was presented in terms of a bathroom made of Resysta – a constantly flowing water screen proved the water resistance of the material.

For Bernd Duna, General Manager of Resysta International GmbH, the outcome was a positive one. „We succeeded in our objective to present Resysta in detail and make visitors feel the material. Everyone could see the opportunities the material offers. We managed to address different branches of the industry and established some interesting new contacts. Furthermore, we also extended the collaboration with our existing partners. “
