How do I dispose of Resysta?
Resysta is 100% recyclable and can therefore be returned to the producers. Otherwise, Resysta can be disposed of with common bulky waste. The material must not be burned.
Is Resysta harmless to health?
Products made of Resysta provide for an especially beneficial eco-balance. In terms of hygiene, Resysta also offers superior characteristics, as it is not harmful to health and does not emit noxious substances into its surroundings. This has been proven by an assessment by Prof. Dr. Karl Stetter.
Why rice husks in particular are good for this purpose?
Rice husk is a waste product which is normally being burnt. By using rice husk for Resysta carbon is absorbed which otherwise is released during combustion process. Therefore we have a very positive carbon footprint . Rice husk is a renewable resource. The husk mainly consists of cellulose and is not getting grey (wood has 30% Lignin and this creates the greying). Rice husk is an active filler for Resysta which positively influences the product.
